Hey everyone!  Today is our first meeting and I'm very excited to see lots of new faces with tons of enthusiasm.  We've got a lot on our agenda today.  Today we are discussing:

  • September is also Suicide Prevention Month and the Trevor Project is conducting a day of awareness. On the Trevor
    Project Day (September 27th),  we ask that you post sticky notes with life-saving, life-affirming messages where friends, peers, and even strangers can find them to help support suicide prevention.
    As a group we hope to organize an event for The Trevor Project Day on September 27th!  We will be making posters with life-affirming messages, posting them around the school in an attempt to encourage everyone to participate and to support others.    Check out this linke for some more info: TheTrevorProject
  • October is LGBT History Month and we will be celebrating!  If you would like to celebrate with us please drop in as we will be planning events  during the next few meetings.  Informational Video
