So far Ally Week has been GREAT!! The bake sale was extended after the first day because of such high demand, thanks for everyone who supported us by buying baked goods at lunch! The line has been out the door for the NoH8 campaign and Tara Mehalba and Meggi Jalapeño have been doing a great job getting the faces painted and portraits taken in a timely fashion. School is back in session and the GSA has hit the ground running!  Our kick-off meeting had 22 fantastic people.  There were a lot of new people with great ideas and super energy which makes me think this year is going to be great. 
During our first meeting we held elections for group officers.  Following some very close ballots, the results were as follows:

Today's movie viewing/end of the year party was a great success!  We had 20+ people, a few new faces, and lots of great food!  Thank you to all of you who came, we look forward to seeing the new faces at future meetings. 

This upcoming wednesday during our next meeting we will begin to discuss our plans for next year and sketch out a calendar of events.  Please stop by with any ideas you may have to make next year another great year!!!
